Item Details
An antique late victorian silver gentleman's moustache brush container of cylindrical two piece form, with integral drainage to the base.
Made by Crisford & Norris (rubbed marks) it contains a period (used) boar-hair 'Sanglier' brush.
As might be expected with an item used daily by a Victorian gentleman travelling widely; the brush container does have a few minor dents and evidence of soap and toilet requisites having been used in and around it.
Overall there are very few signs, aside from a few spots of tarnish to the base that give notice of a busy life.
