Item Details
A delightful period dressing table mirror from the respected silversmiths at Walker & Hall, assayed in Sheffield in 1910-11. It is of circular form with a deeply scalloped edge and the original bevel edged mirror plate. It has had the velvet to the rear replaced along with the easel retainer silk, ensuring it remains at the right angle.

800 gThis is a recently rescued "turn of the 20th century" dressing table mirror. Consequently whilst the velvet and silk have been replaced, most components remain original and have been sensitively restored only where necessary in order to retain the integrity of the original design. This includes the mirror where there are some small silvering losses and light surface scratching, commensurate with an item of this age.
